Delivery

Delivery times will vary, depending on the designer/brand ordered, and lenses required. Many products may only take 1-2 days to despatch. Our despatch time for prescription glasses and sunglasses is on average 1-2 weeks, although it can be quicker. Occasionally we may need to order a frame or sunglass direct from the manufacturer if we have sold out. In such a case this may add a few days to our despatch time (most designer frames and sunglasses come from Italy). If there is going to be a delay outside of our terms and conditions (28 days) for any reason, we will contact you, as soon as we receive your order. UK postage is £4.00, which is for 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Overseas postage is £11.00 for Europe and £13 for the Rest of the World, either Royal Mail Air Sure or Royal Mail Overseas Signed for. All accessories have free UK postage.

1st class recorded takes 1-4 working days based on Royal Mail guidelines; Airsure/International Signed For to Europe takes 3-10 days, and 5-21 days for the Rest of the World. These delivery times are from date of despatch, NOT from date of order. We may have your item in stock - in which case they will be dispatched quickly - however we may need to order your product from the manafacturer.

YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS MUST BE A VALID ADDRESS. IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE A DELIVERY ADDRESS WHERE MORE THAN ONE PERSON CAN SIGN FOR THE ITEM (E.G. A PLACE OF WORK/UNIVERSITY OR STUDENT ACCOMMODATION) THEN THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK - ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR WE WILL CONSIDER THIS AS PROOF OF RECEIPT.
